EDN.550
In the EDN.550 differential pressure
transistor, all joints are joined by laser welding, and all parts in contact
with the fluid are made of stainless steel. The pressure sensor is a
Piezoresistive silico sensor, and the minimum differential pressure sensing
pressure range is at least 400mbar and the static pressure, which is the pipe
line pressure, is maximum. 200 bar.
In other words, EDN.550 detects with two
piezoresistive sensors, silicone oil is filled in between the die, and two
diaphragm. The measured differential unit applies pressure to the two
diaphragm. Pressure is transferred to the die, the silicone oil and sensor die
are connected to the amplifier, make a circuit through electrical wiring, and
use chips using semiconductor circuits. The piezoresistive effect, which
deforms the differential, then forms a good linear relationship with the signal
output differential of the Whitstone bridge on the die, and through this
process, the differential pressure is accurately measured and the analog signal
is sent.
Since the part in contact with all fluids
is stainless steel metal, chemical corrosion does not occur except for special
fluids. The pressure connection method can be supplied by adding a male adapter
to the Female pressure connection part according to the needs of the special
business environment.
