The EDN.730
series pressure transmitter is built with a stainless steel housing, making it
highly resistant to corrosion and external ingress even under harsh
environmental conditions, such as those involving acidic substances or toxic gases.
Its robust design makes it suitable for demanding applications in the food and
beverage industry, medical and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as the
biotechnology field.
The pressure
sensor incorporated in the EDN.730 is a piezoresistive silicon sensor mounted
on a stainless steel diaphragm and gold-plated. This specialized configuration
was developed specifically for measuring hydrogen pressure in either liquid or
gas form. The use of a gold-plated sensor is essential due to hydrogen’s
embrittlement properties and its ability to penetrate metal lattices at the
atomic level.
The EDN.730
also offers outstanding accuracy and long-term stability. By utilizing
cutting-edge electronic components and the latest PCB chip design, this
transmitter delivers exceptional precision and durability. The signal
amplification electronics have been engineered to the highest standards,
incorporating advanced protection technologies against noise, bursts,
insulation failure, and surges. Every unit undergoes 100% inspection as part of
Daho’s comprehensive quality control system to ensure reliable analog and
communication signal output.
This series
supports RS485 signal communication and includes two channels for relays and
switches, allowing users to configure the device according to their specific
operational requirements.

During
development, the EDN.730 underwent over ten rigorous performance comparison
tests alongside similar domestic and international products to meet various
industrial requirements. Furthermore, the transmitter achieved top-tier results
in EMC and EMI performance tests under harsh industrial environments –
demonstrating its reliability against high temperatures, electrical noise, and
burst conditions.
