The EDN.717 series pressure transmitter features a robust stainless steel housing and a bright white-backlit LCD display, ensuring excellent readability in various environments. It is designed to be used in combination with DAHO’s MDI series diaphragm (chemical) seals, making it highly resistant to corrosive and aggressive gases, such as acids and toxic gases.

Thanks to its durable materials, the EDN.717 is well suited for use in petrochemical and refining plants, as well as in food & beverage, medical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries.

The MDI diaphragm seal contains an internal diaphragm between flanges. Depending on customer requirements, the wetted diaphragm can be manufactured using the following special materials:

■ Teflon-coated
■ Hastelloy C series
■ Titanium
■ Tantalum

Note: If Teflon-coated wetted parts are required and the application involves vacuum or compound pressure, DAHO may provide a version with ±1.0% F.S accuracy instead of the standard ±0.5% F.S.

The pressure sensing and signal amplification electronics are developed and tested to meet the highest industry standards, incorporating noise suppression, burst resistance, insulation, and surge protection technologies. Each transmitter is individually tested under DAHO’s strict quality control and development system to ensure reliable analog and communication signal output.

The EDN.717 series underwent more than 10 types of rigorous performance tests alongside domestic and international equivalents. It passed stringent EMC and EMI testing, demonstrating outstanding performance even under extreme industrial conditions, including:

This ensures that the EDN.717 is a robust, industrial-grade transmitter that can be reliably deployed in any challenging operating environment.
