The EDN.830 series is a precision-engineered pressure transmitter housed in a durable aluminum body with a bright, high-visibility LCD display—designed for stable operation in a wide range of industrial environments.

What sets this model apart is its sensor: a piezoresistive silicon element with a gold-plated stainless steel diaphragm, developed exclusively for hydrogen pressure measurement.

Hydrogen, in both gas and liquid states, has unique physical properties it can penetrate metal structures and cause material embrittlement.

To address this, the EDN.830 applies a gold-plated diaphragm, providing an effective barrier that prevents hydrogen diffusion and preserves sensor integrity.

This special configuration enables exceptional stability, repeatability, and long-term durability, even under high-pressure hydrogen exposure.

The signal processing unit, which receives and amplifies signals from the pressure sensor, is developed in accordance with the highest industrial standards.

It integrates advanced protection technologies against noise, burst, insulation failure, and surge, ensuring exceptional signal integrity.

Every unit undergoes a full inspection process under DAHO’s rigorous quality management system, allowing it to deliver both accurate analog outputs and reliable communication signals without compromise.

The EDN.830 series is fundamentally designed to support RS485 digital communication along with two-channel relay/switch outputs, allowing flexible configuration to suit diverse application needs.

During development, the EDN.830 was subjected to more than 10 performance benchmarks, comparing it to leading domestic and global products under real-world industrial conditions.

The transmitter demonstrated outstanding resistance to EMC/EMI, high temperatures, and severe electrical disturbances such as bursts and noise—confirming its readiness for critical, high-risk hydrogen environments.

The EDN.810 series is currently under certification review for General Explosion-Proof Grade: Ex d IIC T6 by KOSHA (Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency).

We expect to receive official approval by the end of June 2025.
